Privacy policy
Vantage Point Marketing (ABN 92 276 271 285) is based in Melbourne, Australia, and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. In plain terms, here's what we collect and what we do with it. Last updated July 2026.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, what you need help with, and optionally your email address and any notes you add.
When you browse the site, we may collect standard analytics data, pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you found us (for example, which ad or search term). This is collected via Google Analytics where enabled, and is not used to personally identify you.
We record which page you enquired from and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign details. This helps us know which marketing works, the same thing we do for clients.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, that's the main one. We'll call, text or email you about the thing you asked about.
To run and improve this website and our marketing.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list just because you enquired.
Who we share it with
Service providers that make the site work: our hosting provider (Vercel), email delivery provider, and analytics (Google), each only to the extent needed to do their job. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we're talking, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Access, correction and complaints

If you have a privacy concern we can't resolve, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Cookies and tracking
The site uses cookies for analytics and, where advertising is running, conversion measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads). You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.
